Where to Submit a Makeup Examination Application

The submission office is the Tokyo Senju Campus Administration Office (Academic Affairs). The applicable details differ by academic year and faculty.

2026 — Faculty of Engineering, Second Division

Students eligible for a makeup examination must submit the makeup examination application, together with the required certificate documents, to the Tokyo Senju Campus Administration Office (Academic Affairs) during the period designated when the academic examination procedures are announced.

2025 — Faculty of System Design and Technology

The office responsible for handling the makeup examination application is the Tokyo Senju Campus Administration Office (Academic Affairs), Building 2, 3rd floor.
