Where to Handle a Provisional Examination Ticket

A provisional examination ticket is for currently enrolled students. The handling office is the Campus Administration Office (Academic Affairs) at Tokyo Senju Campus, Building 2, 3rd floor.

Handling Office

For the 2026 academic year, students in the Faculty of Future Science and the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, should handle provisional examination tickets at the Campus Administration Office (Academic Affairs), Tokyo Senju Campus, Building 2, 3rd floor. For the 2025 academic year, students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology should use the same office and location. Provisional examination tickets are for currently enrolled students.
