Tokyo Senju Campus Administrative Office (Academic Affairs)

The Tokyo Senju Campus Administrative Office (Academic Affairs), located on the third floor of Building 2, handles course registration procedures. For the 2025 academic year, it handles course registration forms for students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology and course registration, class, examination, and grade-related matters for students in the Faculty of Engineering. For the 2026 academic year, it handles course registration and related enrollment procedures for students in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Future Science. The office also handles teaching-licence course procedures, issuance of grade and graduation certificates, and the submission of reports and absence forms within these listed scopes.
