Where to Submit an Individual-Course Application

Application Office and Required Documents

For the 2026 academic year, applications to take individual courses in the School of System Design and Technology are handled by the Tokyo Senju Campus Administrative Office (Academic Affairs), located on the third floor of Building 2. The application requires the application form, a certificate of graduation, an academic transcript, a medical examination certificate, and the qualification screening fee. For the 2025 academic year, the same office handled the individual-course application form.
