Withdrawal Deadlines and Effective Dates

This page explains the withdrawal request deadline and the date on which withdrawal takes effect for the 2026 academic year, by campus and faculty.

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Science and Technology

For the 2026 academic year, withdrawal takes effect in principle at the end of the semester. A withdrawal request is accepted only within the tuition fee payment deadline. If the procedure deadline for the desired semester end has passed, the withdrawal will instead be processed at the end of the following semester.

Tokyo Senju Campus: School of System Design and Technology

For the 2026 academic year, withdrawal takes effect in principle at the end of the semester. The effective date is September 4 for the first semester and March 31 for the second semester. If the procedure deadline for the desired semester end has passed, the withdrawal will instead be processed at the end of the following semester.
