After a withdrawal decision is approved, the permission notice is mailed to the student in the listed academic-year and faculty scopes.
How the approval notice is sent
After the withdrawal decision is approved, a notice of permission to withdraw is mailed to the student. This applies to the 2025 academic year for the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus and the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus; the 2026 academic year for the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus; and the 2026 academic year for the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus.
