Application Documents and Screening Fee for Course-Auditing Students

2026: Saitama Hato-yama Campus, School of Science and Technology

Applicants must submit the qualification screening fee prescribed by the University Regulations together with the prescribed course-auditing student application form and résumé. The application must also include a graduation certificate or expected-graduation certificate from the last school attended, an academic transcript from that school, a health certificate, and any other documents deemed necessary. 2025: Tokyo Senju Campus, School of System Design and Technology

Applicants must submit a health certificate, a graduation certificate or expected-graduation certificate from the last school attended, an academic transcript from that school, and any other documents deemed necessary.

2025: Tokyo Senju Campus, School of Engineering

The application must include a graduation certificate or expected-graduation certificate from the last school attended, an academic transcript from that school, a health certificate, a résumé in the prescribed format, and any other documents deemed necessary.
