How Leave-of-Absence Approval Is Communicated

After a leave-of-absence decision is approved, the university mails a leave-of-absence approval notice.

Delivery of the Approval Notice

Once the leave-of-absence decision has been approved, a leave-of-absence approval notice is sent by mail. This applies to the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2026; the School of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic years 2025 and 2026; and the School of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025.
