Notifications for Leave of Absence Approval and Completion

This page explains how leave-of-absence approval notices and instructions for procedures after the leave ends are communicated.

How and when notifications are sent

For the 2026 academic year, students in the School of Science and Technology for Future Life at Tokyo Senju Campus are mailed a leave approval notice after the leave is approved. For students in the School of Science and Technology for Future Life at Tokyo Senju Campus, the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, the School of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus, and the School of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the method for procedures after the leave ends is mailed to the student around the time the approved leave period expires.
