Applying to Return from a Leave of Absence

Students may apply to return from a leave of absence once the reason for the leave has ended.

Return Application Requirements

When the reason for your leave of absence has ceased, you may apply to return from the leave. The application must include the joint signature of your guarantor, and returning from the leave requires permission from the dean.
