Graduation Eligibility Requirements

For the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, graduation eligibility depends on the total enrolment period, leave-of-absence status, and payment of required expenses.

Requirements for the 2026 Academic Year

For the 2026 academic year, students must be enrolled for at least four years in total and no more than eight years. They must not be on a leave of absence when graduation eligibility is assessed. All tuition and other expenses required through graduation must be paid in full.

Graduation Assessment in the Following March

For the 2025 academic year, graduation is reassessed in the following March. A student cannot graduate at that time if tuition remains unpaid or if the student is on a leave of absence.
