Rules on Lending or Transferring Your Student ID Card

Students must not lend or transfer their student ID card to another person. The documented rule applies to the academic years, campuses, and faculties listed below.

Do not lend or transfer your student ID card

A student ID card must not be lent or transferred to another person. This rule is documented for the following scopes: in academic year 2025, the Faculty of Engineering (Division II), the Faculty of Science and Technology for Future Life, the Faculty of Engineering, and the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus; and in academic year 2026, the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus, and the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus.
