Find out where the university lists restricted types of student part-time work and examples of work covered by the restrictions.

Where to find the restricted-job list

Restrictions on the types of part-time jobs are set out in a separate List of Restricted Job Types. The contents of that list are not included on this page. For the Faculty of Systems Design and Technology and the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, the list is the reference for restricted job types. The same list is also used for part-time-job information for students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus, the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, and the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus.

Examples of restricted work

The list includes on-site work at bars, mahjong parlors, pachinko parlors, and similar entertainment businesses, as well as long-term continuous late-night work. It also lists work that may involve intervening in labor disputes, with reference to Article 20 of the Employment Security Act.
