Carry and Wear Your Student ID

You must carry your student ID at all times. When you are on campus, place it in the designated case with its dedicated strap and wear it around your neck. Handle your ID carefully to prevent theft or misuse.

Designated Strap for Second-Division Students in 2026

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, in the 2026 academic year, the student ID must be placed in the designated strap and worn around the neck on campus. The strap's color and shape identify an authorized entrant.

Exceptions During Specific Activities

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, in the 2025 academic year, the student ID must normally be worn around the neck on campus, except in specific situations such as during experiments. For students in the Faculty of Engineering in the 2026 academic year, the requirement to wear the ID around the neck also has exceptions for specific situations, such as during experiments.
