Facility managers and people acting under their direction may enter clubrooms when access is necessary for facility management, disaster prevention, or similar purposes.

Authorized access to clubrooms

Clubrooms may be entered by facility managers or people acting under their direction when necessary for facility or equipment management, disaster prevention, or similar purposes. This applies to the following scopes: in academic year 2026, the School of Engineering and the School of Science and Technology for Future at Tokyo Senju Campus; and in academic year 2025, the School of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus.
