Clubroom users must follow the applicable internal rules, comply with facilities managers’ instructions where required, and take responsibility for their use of the room.

Following the rules and facilities managers’ instructions in 2026

At Tokyo Senju Campus in 2026, users in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of System Design Engineering must comply with the listed clubroom rules and follow the instructions of the facilities managers. The same obligation applies to users in the Faculty of Future Science and the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division; for these faculties, the requirement is stated as complying with the matters set out in Article 4 and following the instructions of the facilities managers.

Responsibility for everyday clubroom use in 2026

At Tokyo Senju Campus in 2026, users in the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Future Science, and the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division must use the clubroom in accordance with the internal rules in their daily use and bear all responsibility for its use.

Standards and responsibility at Saitama Hatoyama Campus

At Saitama Hatoyama Campus in 2025, users in the Faculty of Science and Technology must use the clubroom in accordance with the judgment expected of a student. They must also use it daily in accordance with the internal rules and bear all responsibility for its use.
