Renewing a Library Loan

A library loan may be renewed when no reservation has been placed. The renewal must be completed by the due date, using a self-checkout machine or the library website where applicable.

When renewal is allowed

For 2025 students in the Faculty of Systems Design and Technology or the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, a loan period may be renewed if no reservation has been placed for the material.

Deadline and renewal methods

For 2025 students in the Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus, renewal is allowed when there is no reservation, and the procedure must be completed by the due date. It can be completed at a self-checkout machine or on the library website by entering a user ID and password. For 2025 students in the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, complete the renewal procedure by the return due date; renewals can be completed at a self-checkout machine or on the library website by entering a user ID and password.
