Support at Tokyo Senju Campus

The Student Counseling Room accepts consultations about a wide range of concerns, including academic matters such as career paths and credits, mental-health concerns such as insomnia and lack of motivation, and problems with family or friends. The room responds to students’ concerns, assists with problem solving, and provides appropriate guidance. Consultations are handled by specialists, including counselors qualified as clinical psychologists or certified public psychologists. If needed, an interview with the campus physician, a psychiatrist, may also be arranged. This physician consultation is supported for students in the 2026 Systems Design and Technology faculty, the 2025 Engineering Faculty Evening Division, and the 2025 Future Science faculty.

Support at Saitama Hatoyama Campus

The Student Counseling Room accepts consultations on any subject. Examples include dissatisfaction with university life, wanting a more fulfilling student experience, uncertainty about your way of life or future, relationship concerns, personality concerns, and difficulty speaking with others. The room helps students work toward resolving problems and provides appropriate guidance. Consultations are handled by specialists.
