How to Book a Student Counseling Room Appointment

Appointment booking methods differ by campus, faculty, and academic year. Use the method and contact details that apply to your student category.

Tokyo Senju Campus: Telephone or Email Appointments

For 2025 students in the Faculty of Engineering or the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus, Student Counseling Room appointments are accepted by telephone or email. Telephone: 03-5284-5346. Email: ko-gakuso@cck.dendai.ac.jp.

For 2025 students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus, appointments are also accepted by telephone or email.

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Web Reservation

For 2026 students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, Student Counseling Room consultations are generally by appointment. Make an advance reservation through the Student Counseling Room reservation site on the university website.
