How to Book a Student Counseling Room Consultation

Student Counseling Room consultations are generally appointment-based. The booking method depends on your academic year and faculty.

Is an appointment required?

For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, consultations are generally by appointment in the Faculty of Systems Design and Engineering, the Faculty of Engineering (Evening Division), the Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology, and the Faculty of Engineering. Make an advance reservation through the Student Counseling Room reservation website: https://reserva.be/1907.

Booking by phone or email

For the 2025 academic year in the Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus, Student Counseling Room reservations are accepted by phone or email. Phone: 03-5284-5346. Email: ko-gakuso@cck.dendai.ac.jp.
