Graduate School Advancement Special Scholarship: Application Timing

The Graduate School Advancement Special Scholarship is recruited and selected during the fourth year of undergraduate study. This page explains the recruitment period, when to submit the scholarship application, and the June adoption procedure reported for one 2026 scope.

Recruitment and application schedule

Recruitment for the Graduate School Advancement Special Scholarship takes place in April of the fourth undergraduate year. Students who wish to receive the scholarship must apply when submitting their application for the graduate-school recommendation entrance examination. The scholarship recruits and selects eligible students during their fourth year. One stated eligibility condition is meeting the standards for the internal recommendation entrance examination (A schedule). For the 2026 Future Science Faculty scope, the adoption procedure takes place in June of the fourth undergraduate year.
