Award amount and payment period

The Graduate School Advancement Special Scholarship provides an award of 200,000 yen. For the 2026 academic year, this amount applies to students in the Faculty of Engineering Division II at Tokyo Senju Campus and the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus. For the 2026 academic year, the scholarship is awarded only during the first year of the master's program for the Faculty of Future Science. For the 2025 academic year, the amount is 200,000 yen for the Faculty of Engineering Division II at Tokyo Senju Campus, the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, and the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus. At Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the scholarship is awarded only during the first year of the master's program.

Annual budget limit

The total amount awarded under the scholarship is limited to the budget for the relevant academic year. This budget limit is specified for the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus for the 2025 and 2026 academic years, and for the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus for the 2025 and 2026 academic years.
