Repaying the Graduate School Advancement Special Scholarship

If you lose recipient eligibility for a specified reason, you must repay the full amount of the scholarship already awarded. The applicable scope differs by academic year, campus, and faculty.

Full repayment after loss of eligibility

Recipients of the Tokyo Denki University Graduate School Advancement Special Scholarship must repay the University the full amount already awarded when they lose scholarship eligibility for the applicable specified reason.

This rule applies as follows: - Academic year 2026, Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Engineering, Division II: the full amount already awarded must be repaid. - Academic year 2025, Saitama Hatoyama Campus, School of Science and Technology: if eligibility is lost for the specified false-document reason, the full amount already awarded must be repaid. - Academic year 2026, Saitama Hatoyama Campus, School of Science and Technology: the full amount already awarded must be repaid when eligibility is lost for an applicable specified reason. - Academic year 2026, Tokyo Senju Campus, School of Future Science: the full amount already awarded must be repaid when eligibility is lost for the reason specified in Article 6, Paragraph 2. - Academic year 2026, Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Engineering: the full amount already awarded must be repaid when eligibility is lost for the applicable specified reason.
