Repayment of the Student Support Scholarship After Loss of Eligibility

For the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the scholarship must be repaid in full without delay if the university president determines that repayment is required after eligibility is lost.

2025 academic year

If a student loses eligibility for a reason specified in the preceding provisions, the Head of the Student Support Center consults with the relevant Graduate School Committee Chair or Dean. If the university president determines that the student is not eligible to retain the support, the student must repay the full amount of the scholarship received to the university without delay.

2026 academic year

If a scholarship student loses eligibility for a reason specified in the preceding provisions, the Head of the Student Support Center consults with the relevant Graduate School Committee Chair or Dean. If the university president determines that the student is not eligible to retain the support, the student must repay the full amount of the scholarship received to the university without delay.
