Screening and Interviews for the Student Support Grant Scholarship

For the 2025 academic year, applications from the Faculty of Science and Technology at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus are reviewed first on paper and then, for successful applicants, in an interview.

Document screening

The Student Support Center conducts document screening of submitted applications for the Tokyo Denki University Student Support Grant Scholarship. The screening considers the requirements for scholarship recipients.

Interview after document screening

Applicants who pass the document screening take part in an interview conducted by the student welfare staff at their campus. The interview assesses their financial circumstances and motivation to pursue their studies.
