Circumstances That Can End Scholarship Eligibility

For the 2025 Student Support Grant Scholarship, disciplinary action, poor academic performance or conduct, and false information in submitted documents can cause scholarship eligibility to be lost.

Disciplinary action, academic performance, and conduct

Scholarship eligibility may be lost if you receive disciplinary action for violating university regulations, including withdrawal or removal from the university, suspension, or a reprimand. Poor academic performance or poor conduct is also a ground for losing eligibility.

False information in submitted documents

Providing false information or making false entries in submitted documents can cause scholarship eligibility to be lost. For students in the Faculty of Future Science, this is listed as a qualification-loss ground. For students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology, it is listed under cases in which the student is considered unsuitable as a scholarship recipient.
