Signing in to Zoom for Online Class Attendance

Use the correct Zoom sign-in procedure so your participation in an online class can be counted as attendance.

Tokyo Senju Campus: Engineering Faculties

For the 2026 academic year, students in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Engineering, Division II should review the detailed Zoom instructions and precautions on the Comprehensive Media Center website and follow the manual when signing in. If you do not sign in using the correct procedure, your participation may not be counted as attendance for an online class.

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Faculty of Science and Engineering

For the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, signing in to Zoom incorrectly may mean that your participation is not counted as attendance for an online class. This applies to the 2025 academic year and is also stated for the 2026 academic year.
