First-Semester Graduation: Application and Eligibility Notification

This page explains the deadline and notification procedures for students seeking graduation at the end of the first semester at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Saitama Hatoyama Campus.

Academic Year 2025

A student seeking graduation at the end of the first semester must apply to the head of their academic system by the designated deadline after first-semester grades are announced. Students are also encouraged to inform the head in advance of their intention to graduate at that time.

Academic Year 2026

On the day grades are announced, check your grades. If you meet the criteria for graduation after at least three years of study, notify the head of your academic system by the designated deadline.
