Planning for Graduation After Delayed Requirements

Guidance on completing outstanding subjects and possible graduation at the end of the following academic year’s first semester.

Completing Outstanding Subjects

For students whose graduation is delayed at the Tokyo Senju Campus Faculty of Engineering in the 2026 academic year, register for the subjects you have not yet earned and work toward meeting the graduation requirements.

Graduation at the End of the Following First Semester

At the Saitama Hatoyama Campus Faculty of Science and Technology in the 2025 academic year, a fourth-year student who repeats a year because they have not met the graduation requirements may graduate at the end of the next academic year’s first semester if they meet all graduation requirements during that first semester.
