Non-Academic Conditions for Graduation

Graduation requires full payment of required tuition and other expenses through graduation, and students must not be on a leave of absence when graduation is assessed.

Payment of tuition and other expenses

For the 2025 academic year in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Future Science, and for the 2026 academic year in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, students must have paid in full the tuition and all other expenses required through graduation.

Leave of absence at the graduation assessment

Students must not be on a leave of absence at the time of the graduation assessment, review, judgment, or decision. This requirement applies to the 2025 Faculty of Engineering, 2025 Faculty of Future Science, 2025 Faculty of Science and Technology, and 2026 Faculty of Engineering, Division II, within the scopes specified in the source information.
