Eligibility to Advance to the Next Academic Year

Advancement generally requires payment of required tuition and other fees. Students on leave of absence at the March determination may still advance if they meet all applicable conditions.

Advancement requirements, including leave of absence

In principle, you must have paid the required tuition and other fees to advance to the next academic year. If you are on a leave of absence at the March determination, you may still advance if all three conditions are met: the required tuition and other fees have been paid; you have been enrolled in the same academic year for a total of at least 12 months, excluding periods of leave; and you meet any applicable advancement conditions for that academic year.
