All university procedures have deadlines. Missing a deadline may result in removal from the student register, and some procedure deadlines are separate from tuition payment deadlines.

Faculty of Science and Technology: Saitama Hatoyama Campus

For the 2025 academic year, all procedures have deadlines. Failure to complete a procedure may result in removal from the student register. For details, contact the Faculty of Science and Technology Administrative Office, Student Affairs section.

Faculty of Engineering, Evening Division: Tokyo Senju Campus

For the 2026 academic year, all procedures have deadlines. These deadlines are different from the tuition payment deadline. Failure to complete a procedure may result in removal from the student register.
