How Inter-Faculty and Inter-Department Courses Are Classified

Course classification by department

For students outside the EJ department, required and elective courses completed through inter-faculty or inter-department registration are treated as elective courses selected and completed by the student. For EJ department students, courses completed through this registration route—including required, elective, and free-choice courses—are treated as free-choice courses in the corresponding category for the student’s department.
