Coursework Submission Deadlines and Late Work

Submission deadlines and designated submission locations must be followed. Missing a deadline may mean that your work is not evaluated, and some report boxes do not accept late submissions.

Deadlines and evaluation

Reports and other coursework have specified deadlines and submission locations. You must follow all specified requirements, including the deadline and submission location.

The applicable guidance differs by academic year and faculty: - In the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Engineering, missing a deadline means that your work will not be evaluated. - In the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, Second Division Faculty of Engineering, missing a deadline may mean that your work is not evaluated. - In the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology, missing a deadline means that your work will not be evaluated. - In the 2025 academic year at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, Faculty of Science and Technology, course registration, reports, drafting work, and other submissions have deadlines. If you miss one, you may not receive an evaluation. - In the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology, missing a deadline may mean that your work is not evaluated. - In the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, Second Division Faculty of Engineering, missing a deadline means that your work will not be evaluated. - In the 2026 academic year at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, Faculty of Science and Technology, missing a deadline means that you will not receive an evaluation. - In the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Systems Design and Engineering, missing a deadline may mean that you do not receive an evaluation.

Late submissions to report boxes

At Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology, the report box on the third floor of Building 2 does not accept submissions after the deadline in the 2025 academic year.

At Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Engineering, the report box on the third floor of Building 2 does not accept submissions after the deadline in the 2026 academic year.
