Conditions for Advancing to the Next Academic Year

Progression generally requires at least 12 months of enrollment in the same academic year. Separate conditions apply to progression from year 2 to year 3 in the Faculty of Engineering.

Minimum enrollment period for progression

As a general rule, you must have been enrolled for a combined total of at least 12 months in the same academic year to advance to a higher academic year. Periods of leave of absence are not included in the enrollment period.

Progression from year 2 to year 3 in the Faculty of Engineering

For the Faculty of Engineering in academic year 2025, there is no grade-based progression condition for moving from year 2 to year 3. However, the applicable enrollment-status and tuition conditions must still be met.
