Room Use Period and User Responsibilities
For the 2025 academic year, this guidance explains how long rooms may be used and the responsibilities of room users.
Room-use period
A room may be used for a period of one year.
Responsibilities of room users
Room users must use the room on a day-to-day basis in accordance with the internal rules and bear all responsibility for its use.
