Insurance Premiums After Coverage Expires

For students whose insurance coverage has expired because they repeated a year or took a leave of absence, this page explains when the annual premium is collected and who provides notice if the collection method changes.

Payment of the Annual Premium

For students whose insurance period has expired because they repeated a year or took a leave of absence, a one-year premium is collected when tuition is paid. At Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the premium is paid together with tuition as an amount for one academic year. At Tokyo Senju Campus, if the collection method changes, the Student Support Center's Student Welfare contact will provide notice.
