Required registration and form

If your graduation was deferred in the previous year and you are retaking an annual course with the aim of graduating at the end of the first semester, you must complete the course-registration procedure. In addition, submit the form titled "Application for End-of-First-Semester Assessment of an Annual Course for Graduation at the End of the First Semester." The form is available from the Academic Affairs Office at Tokyo Senju Campus.
