What Happens After Retention?

Repeating the Year and Registering for Courses

For the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, a retained student repeats the same academic year, registers for courses not yet earned, and undergoes progression review again at the end of the academic year. The same process applies to the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025: if the progression decision results in retention, the student repeats the same academic year, registers for courses not yet earned, and undergoes another progression decision at the end of that academic year.
