Changing or Cancelling Course Registration

Learn when you can revise or cancel course registration and what restrictions apply after the registration and correction periods.

Tokyo Senju Campus: Future Science Faculty

For the 2025 academic year, you may cancel a course even after being selected in a course lottery, provided the registration period, including the registration correction period, is still open. After the registration and correction periods, changes to registered courses or classes are not permitted.

The same rule that changes are not permitted after the registration and correction periods applies to the 2026 academic year as well.

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Science and Engineering Faculty

For the 2026 academic year, you may revise your registration any number of times during the registration period. Computers provided on campus are available only during designated hours.

During the September correction period for the second semester, annual courses cannot be changed. Registration omissions caused by input errors, misunderstandings, or similar mistakes are not accepted outside the registration period and the registration correction period. You must check your registration during the registration confirmation period at your own responsibility.
