Approximate procedure periods for the School of System Design and Technology

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, the approximate period for first-semester leave of absence, full-year leave of absence, return from leave, and withdrawal at the end of the second semester is January to April. The approximate period for second-semester leave of absence, return from leave, and withdrawal at the end of the first semester is July to September.

Deadlines for the Faculty of Science and Technology

For the 2026 academic year at Hatoyama Campus, all procedures have deadlines. Failure to complete a procedure may result in dismissal from the university. For details, contact the Faculty of Science and Technology Administrative Office, Student Affairs.
