Exam invigilators’ instructions take priority during examinations, with specific rules applying to different academic years.

Exceptions for lateness and leaving the exam

For the 2025 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, the standard arrangements for arriving late or leaving the examination may not apply in some circumstances. In such cases, follow the exam invigilator’s instructions.

Authority of the invigilator

For the 2026 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, the exam invigilator has full authority during the examination period. Students who do not follow the invigilator’s instructions or who behave improperly may be ordered to leave the examination room.
