Attendance-recording window

For the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 and 2025 academic years, and for the Faculty of Future Science at the same campus in the 2025 academic year, a card tap counts as attendance when it is made from 10 minutes before the class period begins until before that period ends.

Daytime fifth-period example

For the 2026 Faculty of Engineering example at Tokyo Senju Campus, the fifth period runs from 17:15 to 18:45. The attendance window begins at 17:05, and a tap made through 18:44:59 counts as attendance. Taps before 17:05 or at or after 18:45 do not count.
