Formal Disciplinary Measures in a Covered Case

This page explains the formal action required when a case falls under the preceding article.

Required disciplinary procedure

For a case covered by the preceding article, the dean must, after deliberation by the faculty meeting, impose one of the specified measures on the student. The measure must be publicly announced, and the student's guarantor must be notified.
