Consequences of Unreported Absence for Three Months or More

Students in the specified faculties may be subject to expulsion when they are continuously absent for at least three months without notification and without a valid reason.

Continuous absence without notification

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, a student who is continuously absent for three months or more without notification and without a valid reason is subject to expulsion. For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology, a student in the same situation is subject to expulsion from the university register.
