Student Insurance Coverage and Premium Payments

This page explains when student insurance coverage begins and how premiums are collected for students in the specified faculties and academic years.

Coverage and Initial Premium Payment

For students at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, in academic year 2025, all students are covered by this insurance. The premium for the standard period of study is paid during the admission procedures.

Payment After Insurance Coverage Expires

For students at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Future Science in academic year 2026, students whose insurance coverage period has expired, including students repeating a year or taking a leave of absence, are charged a one-year insurance premium when they pay their tuition. If the collection method changes, the Student Support Center's Student Welfare Unit will announce the change.
