Returning Your Student ID When Leaving the University

Students leaving the university must return their student ID immediately. The applicable details differ by faculty and academic year.

When to return your student ID

For the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 academic year, students who withdraw or are expelled must return their student ID immediately.

For the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 academic year, students who graduate, withdraw, or are expelled must complete the student ID return procedure immediately.

For the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, students who withdraw or are dismissed must return their student ID immediately.
