When You Can Change Your Course or Programme

The deadline and restrictions for changing your course affiliation or programme depend on your academic year and student status.

Course-affiliation changes before the fourth year

At Tokyo Senju Campus in the second division of the Faculty of Engineering in the 2025 academic year, applications to change course affiliation are accepted only up to advancement to the third year. A change at advancement to the fourth year is not permitted, partly because the credit categories required for graduation differ.

Programme changes for transfer students

In the 2026 academic year, transfer students in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus cannot change their programme after registration.
