Requirements for Applying to Withdraw

Students applying to withdraw because of illness or another reason must submit supporting documentation, obtain the guarantor's co-signature, and receive permission.

Required documents and approval

A student who wishes to withdraw because of illness or another reason must submit an application with either a physician's medical certificate or a written statement of reasons. The application must be co-signed by the guarantor, and withdrawal requires permission.
