Employment-Placement Brokerage and Referrals

Brokerage, intermediation, or referral through a for-profit or commercial employment-placement business is listed as work that violates laws or regulations in the following scopes: the 2025 academic year for the Faculty of Systems Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus; the 2026 academic year for the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus; the 2026 academic year for the Second Division of the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus; and the 2025 academic year for the Second Division of the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus. For the 2025 Second Division listing, this activity is described as contrary to the purpose of the Employment Security Act and as mediation in establishing an employment relationship.
